The Adelaide is located in Downtown Anchorage, close to bus routes, shopping, and the Park Strip.  The Adelaide serves currently homeless individuals meeting low-income limits.

This 3-story building includes efficiency-style units furnished with small kitchenettes.  Each floor includes shared kitchens, secure showers and restrooms, and lounge areas with TV's.  Free washers/ dryers are located on each floor.  This secure building requires keyed access and includes an elevator.  Our property includes on-site mangers and 24/7 maintenance assistance.
